Ok this needs to be said. Obviously Epstein is guilty as sin.
But this idea that pleading the fifth is in any way an indicator of your guilt is just grossly and dangerously ignorant. You will put yourself into jail if you believe this, even if you’re innocent. That is the entire point of the fifth amendment. You cannot be forced to incriminate yourself. It’s not a code phrase that the guilty use to get out of trouble. It protects the innocents too.
